Business overview
In order to accept international students in various fields, vocational schools, which are members of the Okayama Prefectural Vocational School Promotion Association, will foster the momentum for accepting international students and provide employment support. In particular, we will produce international students studying IT at a vocational school for companies in the Nursing care and Tourism field, and to promote DX using international human resources for Okayama Prefecture. Aim is to build a one-stop Okayama model.
Consequently, foreign nationals living abroad are requested to carefully consider Okayama[Japan] amongst countries like Australia, South Korea, Germany and other countries. The purpose of this project is to motivate students to study abroad in Japan and Okayama Prefecture, and to support in smooth transitioning their study and work life in Okayama Prefecture.
Specific projects consist of:
1. Using Online Virtual Space [Ovice] as a Motivator for Students to Study in Japan (Okayama)
2. The video showcasing the fascinating experience of being at Okayama.
3. Connect international students with Okayama businesses at the job fair.

"Okayama Prefectural Vocational School / Various School Promotion Association" is association established by specialized training schools and Vocational schools rooted in Okayama Prefecture. In cooperation with Okayama Prefecture and other administrative agencies, we provide vocational education to high schools, junior high schools, and Japanese language education institutions, and conduct activities to promote understanding of specialized training schools and various schools.
In the midst of the advancement of information technology and globalization, we have overcame the COVID-19 pandemic and have been severely affected by the turbulent waves of the global economy such as financial instability. the member organizations have united to overcome all difficulties and steadily establish a foundation. It continues to operate to this day.
